A calming influence
The other big passion in my life is yoga which, alongside meditation, has been a wonderful calming influence in my life.
Stress is the biggest, often unrecognised, issue for so many people and something that I feel is essential to address alongside dietary changes.
I have nearly completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training course and can offer 1-2-1 sessions or small group classes with recommendations of relaxation techniques and dealing with stress.
